Out of School Care

Abbey CofE Infant School Nursery is able to offer out of school care to your child. We are open 38 weeks of the year and operate a Before and After School club.

We are  fortunate enough to have a fabulous out of school facility within the nursery and it is run by highly qualified, dedicated staff. There is a Breakfast and After School Club operating during term-time from 8.00 a.m. – 8.30 a.m. and again from 2.45 p.m. – 6 p.m. During the sessions children are served with drinks and breakfast in the morning and healthy snacks and a hot/cold tea in the afternoon session.  We also take children aged 3+ from the Owl room for additional sessions if required.

The club prides itself in providing a safe, fun and caring environment for children attending Abbey Infants School.  We offer a good choice of indoor and outdoor activities for a range of ages, including arts and crafts, cooking, a gardening, sports, table tennis and a homework/computer club. We have full use of the school hall, library and field during these times.

Please contact the school office for further details.

Our Aims are:-

To encourage children to have a positive attitude and respect for both themselves and other people.

To promote a positive relationship with parents/carers and work in partnership with them to provide high quality play and care for all their children.
